The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day movement of freight by communicating with customers, drivers, dispatch, and internal departments to ensure shipments are picked up and delivered safely and on time. This role monitors load progress, resolves service issues, schedules appointments, maintains accurate transportation records, and provides proactive updates while supporting efficient equipment utilization and delivering exceptional customer service.
